Return Policy

1. General Provisions
1.1. The Client has the right to return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of receipt, in compliance with Lithuanian law and these rules.
1.2. Product images on the online store may differ in color, shape, or other parameters due to monitor settings.
1.3. Products are exchanged in accordance with applicable Lithuanian laws.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions
2.1. Products can be returned or exchanged if they meet the following conditions:

  • The products have not been used, worn, or damaged.
  • The products retain their original appearance, packaging, and labels.
  • If the products consist of several parts, all parts must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is provided (invoice or receipt).

2.2. Products can be exchanged for other equivalent products if available.
2.3. If products are returned via courier services, the Seller’s employees will evaluate the returned items upon receipt. If conditions are not met, the Seller may refuse the return. In such cases, the Client must collect the products within 14 days.

3. Products That Cannot Be Returned
According to Lithuanian law, the following products cannot be returned:
Opened hygiene or health products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
Customized products made to order.
Products that were used or damaged by the Client.

4. Return Procedure
4.1. To return products, the Client must notify the Seller by email at info@healinstyle.eu and provide a return request and invoice.
4.2. The Seller will inform the Client of the return address via email.
4.3. The Client is responsible for return costs and risks. It is recommended to use a secure shipping method.
4.4. Returned products must be properly packaged with original packaging and documents.

5. Refunds
5.1. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting returned products.
5.2. Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original payment.
5.3. Delivery costs are not refunded unless the products are defective.
5.4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse refunds if the returned products do not meet the requirements.

6. Special Conditions During Promotions
6.1. During promotions or sales, special return conditions may apply as announced during the promotion.

7. Final Provisions
7.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these rules at any time, with changes announced on the online store.
