1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) and MB “InStilo” (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) when using the online store www.healinstyle.eu.
1.2. By placing an order, the Client confirms they have read and agree to the Terms. The Terms apply to all Clients.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. New terms take effect upon posting in the online store.
1.4. The store operates in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, in compliance with applicable legal requirements and EU directives.
2. Order Placement and Contract Formation
2.1. To order products, the Client must select the desired items, form a shopping cart, and provide accurate personal details (name, surname, address, email, phone number).
2.2. A contract between the Client and Seller is considered concluded once the order is confirmed, and payment is made.
2.3. Upon payment, the Seller sends an email confirmation to the Client. If the Client does not receive the confirmation, they should contact the Seller at info@healinstyle.eu.
3. Product Delivery
3.1. Products are delivered within 1-7 business days after payment receipt.
3.2. Delivery is carried out in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia via couriers or parcel terminals. Delivery costs and times are specified during the order process.
3.3. The Client must inspect the parcel upon receipt. If damages are noticed, the Client should immediately inform the courier and Seller.
3.4. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the Client.
4. Product Returns and Exchanges
4.1. The Client has the right to return products within 14 days under EU law.
4.2. Returned products must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all accessories included.
4.3. The Client must contact the Seller via email at info@healinstyle.eu to initiate a return.
4.4. Return costs are borne by the Client unless the products are defective or do not meet agreed conditions.
5. Guarantees and Liability
5.1. The Seller ensures the products meet descriptions and contractual conditions.
5.2. Defects or discrepancies should be reported immediately to info@healinstyle.eu.
5.3. The Seller is not liable for color discrepancies due to the Client’s monitor settings.
5.4. Disputes are resolved through the Consumer Protection Authority.
6. Privacy Policy and Cookies
6.1. Personal data is processed only for order fulfillment, delivery, and marketing, in compliance with GDPR.
6.2. Data is not shared with third parties except for delivery service providers.
6.3. Cookies are used for website functionality. By accepting the Terms, Clients agree to cookies.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. The Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
7.2. Disputes are resolved amicably or through consumer protection authorities or courts.
